Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art form that combines music, dance, acrobatics, and self-defense. It is especially beneficial to children, as they gain self-confidence while learning about Afro-Brazilian culture through music and dance.
This class will be adapted to the needs of children with all abilities. Julie the instructor is also a speech-language pathologist. With her dual background, there will be a specialized focus on strengthening communication and social skills while also developing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

With a new topic each week, Early Intervention Specialist Karen provides activities and play equipment to promote development and enjoyment for your child.
Utilize this group to get questions answered about development, socialize safely with your child, and build support within a familiar group of parents.
This is a Play Lab for children ages 1-2.5 years old. Children that are typical developing, delayed, or disabled are welcome to join us.
Parent participation is required. Enthusiasm and a desire to connect with your child through play is recommended!
