Reminder: By Booking, You've Agreed:

Your party rental balance is due 48 hours before your event. You will incur a 5% fee for each day your balance is not paid.
Signed Terms & Conditions must be submitted within 2 days of your scheduled event.
Anyone entering the play space must sign a waiver for themselves and their child. Any child without a parent or guardian present must have a waiver signed ahead of time. The waiver can be found online by going to https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/6169db7f2208a/web/
Party hosts are responsible for all children without a parent or guardian present.
Shoes are not allowed in the play space.
Please note that our play space attendants are not childcare, and are responsible for general oversight of the space.
We have a policy of no confetti, glitter, silly string or slime on any carpeted areas.
Outside food is allowed, and can be eaten in the designated food/drink areas only. Please no food/drink inside the play space.
Decorations can be brought in and set up 30 minutes before your scheduled party time. They must be taken down no more than 30 minutes after your party time is completed.
Spirited Play Labs is not liable for any injuries sustained or items lost or left behind on its premises during or after a party.
Special requests, as well as changes, must be discussed and approved prior to a scheduled party.
